The KINGFLEX Super Chem-F Chemical Transfer Hose is designed for the safe transfer of a wide range of chemicals, petroleum products, oils, and food-grade media. It features a smooth UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) tube that provides excellent chemical resistance and is suitable for both suction and discharge applications in demanding industrial environments.
The hose is reinforced with high-strength synthetic cord, a steel helix wire, and an anti-static copper wire to provide strength, flexibility, and safe operation. Its EPDM rubber cover offers excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, and abrasion, while supporting a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (240 psi) and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 80°C.
